"Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s Midland speech has been rescheduled from Aug. 11 to Friday, Sept. 8.
The Midland date was changed because Romney, a possible Republican presidential candidate, was asked to attend an Aug. 11 function elsewhere with President George W. Bush."
