Romney still aspiring to become 'inspirer-in-chief'

Salem News Online: "While Romney's corporate career could help him in the Oval Office, it might not be enough. No one ever refers to the president as 'manager-in-chief.' And the last person who came to the presidency with strong business management experience was Herbert Hoover, who had trouble communicating with, and inspiring the public."
